Sello Terrence Mokale
Terence Mokale is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Mokale holds B Juris and LLB degrees. Mr. Mokale has worked as a Legal Advisor to the Executive Mayor of Mogale City Local Municipality. He has also worked as a Legal Advisor to Randfontein Local Municipality and South African Local Government Association (SALGA) Gauteng. Mr. Mokale has also served as administratror of the Thaba Chweu Local Municipality. Together with Professor Scheepers Mr. Mokale has written widely on local government law.
